I love the Kirkland Signature brand protein bars especially because my need is for low carbs. The bars are heavy, satisfying, only 11 g net carbs and completely sooth my appetite when hunger overtakes me. The box is 20 bars per box, 10 each of two flavors. I always wait until they go on sale but the full price is comparable or better than the other brands.
We like these a lot too!
