New Product Mikasa Samantha Bone China 40-Piece Dinnerware Set

The scoop

If you have been eyeing an upgrade to your everyday dish situation, this Mikasa Samantha Bone China set is worth a look. It showed up stacked high on the shelf and it is easy to see why it catches eyes.

This 40-piece set gives you a full service for 8, including dinner plates, salad plates, all-purpose bowls, fruit bowls, and pasta bowls. It is made of bone china, which Mikasa describes as extremely durable for everyday use while still having that elevated look you want for dinner parties.

The clean white finish means it should pair easily with just about any table linens or decor style. Costco describes the set as chip resistant, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe, which makes it sound like a practical pick for families who do not want to babysit their fine china.

For a set that covers a full table setting for 8 people in one box, this looks like a solid value if you are in the market for new dinnerware. Just be ready to clear some cabinet space for all 40 pieces.
