Summary:

Wet & Forget is voluntarily recalling this product due to the nozzle in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Wet & Forget has determined that the hose end nozzle (shown below) can dislodge from the sprayer while the bottle is connected to a water supply and the supply is turned
on. Exposure to the cleaning solution can cause skin or eye irritation.

Please immediately stop using the cleaner. The replacement process is simple. To request a replacement nozzle please visit www.recallrtr.com/nozzle or email nozzle@realtimeresults.net, or call us at 888-359-4623 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. This replacement nozzle can be easily installed in place of the
original nozzle. The original nozzle should be discarded after replacement.

If you sold or gave the cleaner to anyone else, please provide this recall notice to them.
