Hazard:

Johnson Health Tech Trading, in partnership with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), has issued a voluntary recall for the BowFlex SelectTech 552 adjustable dumbbells due to reports that the weight plates can dislodge from the handle during use, posing an impact hazard. The company has received multiple reports of injuries including concussions, abrasions, broken toes, and contusions.

Remedy:

Members should immediately stop using the recalled BowFlex SelectTech 552 dumbbells and return them to your local Costco for a full refund.
