Hazard:

Anker has identified a potential issue involving lithium-ion battery cells from a single vendor in several power bank models. While the likelihood of malfunction is considered minimal, Anker has initiated a voluntary global recall of several power bank models, including the Anker Power Bank (10K, 22.5W) Model A1257.

Remedy:

If you have purchased this power bank:

1. Visit the Anker recall submission page to verify your device’s serial number
2. If confirmed to be part of the recall, you will need to:
   • Take a photo of your power bank showing the model number, serial number (SN), and product name
   • Write “recalled” on the power bank in permanent marker and include the date in the photo
   • Submit the photo and follow disposal instructions
   • A purchase receipt will be requested but is not required
3. You will receive a replacement power bank after confirming proper disposal of the recalled unit
