I bought a Queen Brookstone Heated Blanket from Costco last year. I went to turn it on this year and it will not work. It is duel controlled. I have the box but not the receipt as it worked last year. It has a 5 year warranty on it. Can I exchange this for a new one? How do I handle this
I bought a Queen Brookstone Heated Blanket Duel control from Costco. I bought it last year and when I put it in the box and got it out this year it won’t work. I do not have the receipt but it is still in the original box which says it has a 5 year warranty. How do I handle this. Can this be exchanged for the same one or another?
