  Usually, I brought this one at promotion and about $10.00. Recently, I found Costco increase the price for .97. Some time same price as promotion, some time high that promotion, rarely lower than promotion. Right now, I just focus on .00. It is cheapest than promotion price.

  Good observation. I’ve noticed many of these .97 deals aren’t that much cheaper than original price. 00 is usually much cheaper!
