  Back of box says “may require extra postage.” Envelopes are foil-lined. Does that mean extra postage with nothing in the envelope or does that mean if you stick a photograph inside. Buyer beware!

  Any one know if these require extra postage? I bought the 40 pack with Santa Claus pictures.
