If you’ve been eyeing a premium Bluetooth speaker that looks as good as it sounds, the Marshall Kilburn II at Costco might just make you a very happy member. Even better? There’s a manufacturer’s instant rebate on this bad boy through December 1st, 2025.
This portable speaker brings that iconic Marshall amplifier aesthetic to your outdoor adventures, kitchen counters, or wherever you need serious sound. We’re talking genuine Marshall heritage here—the same company that’s been powering rock legends for decades has packed their audio expertise into a surprisingly portable package.
Let’s be real: Marshall speakers aren’t budget options, but the Kilburn II delivers on what you’re paying for. The sound quality punches well above most portable speakers, with actual bass response and clarity that doesn’t distort when you crank it up. The vintage look is polarizing though—you’ll either love the retro vibe or wish it was more modern.
Key Features:
- 20+ hours of portable playtime on a single charge
- Multi-directional sound with three-way design (two tweeters and one subwoofer)
- IPX2 water-resistant rating (handles splashes but don’t dunk it)
- Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity with impressive range
- Quick-charge capable (20 minutes gets you 3 hours of play)
- Classic Marshall design with genuine analog control knobs
- Sturdy guitar strap-style carry handle
The manufacturer’s instant rebate makes this easier to justify, especially if you’re tired of tinny-sounding portable speakers. Just remember that water-resistance rating—this isn’t a poolside speaker, more like a patio or beach blanket companion. The Kilburn II is hefty at about 5.5 pounds, so it’s “portable” in the sense that it has a handle, not that you’ll want to carry it on a hike.
Bottom line: If you want a portable speaker that actually sounds like quality audio equipment and don’t mind the vintage aesthetic, grab this while the rebate’s active. It’s one of those Costco finds where you’re getting legitimate premium quality, not just paying for a brand name.

Your announcement about this product was yesterday December 5, 2025 which I received today, December 6.
It states that there is an instant manufacturer’s rebate as a selling point for this product. “The manufacturer’s instant rebate makes this easier to justify…” The problem is that the announcement indicates that the rebate does expire on December 1, 2025. Too bad this information was not furnished prior to the expiration of the rebate. I would be interested in this product. Are rain checks kfor the rebate available??
