Michael Angelo’s eggplant parmesan is fantastic. My husband is sicilian and I’m an experienced cook and love the quality and sauce. Please bring it back to san Diego! How do I get it on Costco 97? Or is it all gone? When I clicked on It above nothing happened.

What has happened to your product..l bought this every trip to Costco. I loved it, and was a great meal when we were just too busy to prepare a dinner. Lately it has not been up to par..I’ve been disappointed in it for the last three 2 packs/ I know things can’t be perfect all the time, that’s why I bought it two more times after the first time it didn’t taste good. The eggplant seems to be much larger and older, and it tough! doesn’t have a good flavor..I love eggplant, but not the eggplant you have been using lately. Since you have changed to the two square containers, I have purchased it three times, and only one of the containers could we eat the whole thing..had to throw most of the eggplant out, although the sauce you cook it in is still delicious! I have tried cooking it the oven and microwave, following the instructions implicitly. Both ways having the same result. I hope you can fix this, because I’ve been a fan of this for years..introduced it to the rest of the family, and they loved it too, but are experiencing the same problem now too..
we keep looking for this product. so delicious and we ate it twice a week. please please keep as a staple product in Costco. Delicious all year around and much better than lasagna.
