It’s baaaaaack. Fall is officially here at Costco, and the Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Pie is proof of it. OK, so we all know this isn’t a “NEW” product – but it is a new arrival for 2026! If you’re planning ahead for get-togethers or just craving a classic dessert, this one is hard to miss in the bakery.
This is Costco’s usual delicious, fresh-baked pumpkin pie made with real pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and enriched flour, all packed into a big 58 oz pie. It comes in a clear plastic container with a fluted crust visible right through the lid, so you can see exactly what you’re getting before you even open it.
At nearly 3.6 pounds, this pie is sized to feed a crowd, which makes sense for a Costco bakery item. The label notes it’s perishable and should be kept refrigerated until you’re ready to serve it, and Costco recommends cutting it with a non-serrated knife to keep that crust intact.
Ingredients: Pumpkin, sugar, water, eggs, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), shortening (soybean oil, mono- and diglycerides, TBHQ, citric acid), nonfat milk. Contains 2% or less of the following: spices, corn syrup solids, modified corn starch, salt, canola and/or soybean oil, dextrose.
For the size and price, this is one of the best dessert values you’ll find heading into the fall and holiday season. If pumpkin pie is a must-have on your table, this one is worth grabbing.
