If you’re looking for a quick weeknight dinner that doesn’t skimp on flavor, Sabatino’s Chicken Florentine just showed up in the refrigerated section and it’s worth grabbing.
This is tender chicken breast topped with a creamy spinach and cheese sauce that brings those classic Italian restaurant vibes straight to your dinner table. The dish comes fully prepared, so you’re basically just heating it up—perfect for those nights when cooking from scratch feels like climbing Mount Everest.
The chicken is surprisingly moist for a pre-made meal, and the Florentine sauce has that rich, garlicky goodness you’d expect. The spinach adds a nice touch of color and flavor without being overwhelming. That said, like most prepared meals, the sodium content runs a bit high, so keep that in mind if you’re watching your salt intake.
Key Features:

If Costco gets money back, member should get money back. Lowering prices only means members have to purchase more in order to see a savings. We’ve already paid the money and if the money comes back to Costco, it should be returned to us. Take the total amount return to Costco divide by the number of members… Send checks. Doesn’t matter if it’s a small amount.
Not sure what this comment has to do with chicken Florentine.
Way too salty. If you are not used to lots of salt or on a low salt diet, you will likely not like this. There was garlic in there? Couldn’t tell by me, overpowered by salt!
We have had many Costco meals that are similar, and have enjoyed them, but this one, Chicken Florentine by Sabatino’s was AWFUL. It smelled off (like someone smoking pot; that skunk smell) when we were heating the meal up in our microwave oven, then we each had several bites ( I could only eat one bite) and the taste was disgusting. I wish I had better words, but I don’t.
We put the remainders in a bag to give to “our” crows… they’ll eat anything unless it has mushrooms.
I second this. Tasted like cat food and sadness. Will never revisit. This is the first prepackaged meal I’ve been disappointed by, but it set a very bad precedent.
Love this chicken, loaded with flavor.
