Use Instructions:

• Oven-safe to 500° F (260° C). Safe for broiling. Use of butter or oil will improve browning and release of foods.
• Parchment paper may be used and makes cleanup simple.
• Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes. Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended; however, scratches do not change the cooking properties or safety of your pans, which are made to last a lifetime.

Care for your Pans:

• Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
• Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water.
• Automatic dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur from detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
