Costco has been informed of a quality issue affecting the Panasonic Model NB-G200 Electric Toaster Oven purchased between February 2026 and April 2026. Panasonic has identified that certain units may have insufficient insulation on the power cord, which does not meet the manufacturer’s quality standards. No injuries or incidents have been reported. Panasonic and Costco are notifying members out of caution so that affected units can be addressed.
What To Do:
Members who purchased this item have two options:
Option 1 – Return to Panasonic: Stop using the product and contact Panasonic through one of the following channels for return instructions and a refund:
