In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, World Bright International Limited (“World Bright”) is conducting a Voluntary Safety recall of Agio – Menlo Woven Patio Swings (Model No. 1934256) due to reports of the swing seat detaching from the swing frame while in use, posing a backward fall hazard.
STOP USING THE SWING IMMEDIATELY and visit www.agioliving.com/pages/recall/patioswing to obtain a free repair kit containing 4 replacement hooks and instructions for replacing the hooks. World Bright has developed and tested replacement hooks that will be sent to purchasers free of charge along with instructions for replacing the hooks.
