In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Atomi is voluntarily recalling its smart heaters. After a thorough investigation, we determined that in rare circumstances, the heaters can turn on without user input, posing fire and burn hazards. The health and safety of Atomi users is our highest priority; we are recalling the heaters out of an abundance of caution. We have received one report of a heater turning on without user input. No injuries have been reported.
Please stop using the recalled heater and return it to your local Costco for a full refund.
