In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, BISSELL is conducting a voluntary recall of the Steam Shot™ OmniReach™ and Steam Shot™ Omni Handheld Steam Cleaners because, in rare instances, the recalled steam cleaners’ attachments can unexpectedly detach from the machine and expel hot water or steam onto users during use, posing a burn hazard.
Consumers should stop using the attachments for your steam cleaner immediately and contact BISSELL to receive free new attachments.
