RECALL: Three Food Items

Recall Summary
Costco has announced recalls on 3 more food items (similar to these five recent recalls – two of which are Costco service deli items), all tied to a recent lysteria outbreak by its suppliers.
These suppliers, along with the FDA, have issued a voluntary Class I Recall of the following items in an abundance of caution for consumer’s safety because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Listeria is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people and individuals with weakened immune systems. Healthy people may suffer only short term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Summary:
The Perfect Bite Co. and RIZO-LÓPEZ FOODS, INC. along with the FDA have issued a voluntary Class I Recall of this item out of an abundance of caution for consumer safety because the Cotija Cheese present in the product has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
All products with a Best Before date of 02/21/2025 are included in this recall.
If you have any of this product remaining, do not consume the product. Please return the item to your local Costco for a full refund.

Ready Pac Foods, Inc. along with the FDA have issued a voluntary Class I Recall due to the cotija cheese packets in this salad kit.
All product with a Best By date of Jan 13 2024 through Feb 18 2024 are included in this recall. The Best By date can be found on the front of the package.

Summary:
Maverick Foods along with the USDA-FSIS have issued a voluntary Class I Recall of CERTAIN LOTS of this item in an abundance of caution for consumer’s safety, due to possible listeria contamination from the use of the FDA recalled Rizo Lopez Foods Queso Fresco Cheese used in the making of this product.
All products with a Best By date between January 6, 2025, and January 12, 2025, are included in this recall.
The Best By date can be found on the side of the package. If you have any of this product remaining, do not consume the product. Please return the item to your local Costco for a full refund.
