Haleon is voluntarily recalling three lots of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels 125mg, 120ct due to potential contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant from a machine leakage during the packaging process.

– Recalled lot numbers: TL8K, YH9X, YH9Y
– Expiry Date: 2028/NOV
– Distribution dates: April 2026 – May 2026
To date, Haleon has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
Remedy:
If you have the impacted lot number listed, please return the item to your local Costco for a full refund. If you have experienced any problems that may be related to taking or using this product, please contact your physician or healthcare provider.
