Hatch Baby, Inc. Recalls Model CYAP05-050100U Power Adapters

Hazard: The white plastic housing may come off the power adapter, posing risk of electric shock

Affected Products: Model CYAP05-050100U power adapters provided with some units of the Rest 1st Generation Generation. Adapters provided with other Hatch products are not affected, and Rest devices themselves are not affected.

Remedy: Stop using the recalled adapter and register online for a free replacement adapter
