Hazard:
Certain ZWILLING’s ENFINIGY Pro electric kettle (1.5 l) models have the potential for the handle to loosen or break off. This could lead to accidents or injuries (such as scalding) if hot water spills out uncontrollably.
Remedy:
Stop using the affected kettles immediately and initiate a return at zwillingkettlerecall.expertinquiry.com. Do not discard the item until the return process is completed.
