Big Joe Kona Noodle Sling Chair Pool Float

The scoop

Pool season regulars, take note: the Big Joe Kona Noodle Sling Chair Pool Float was spotted marked down on a regular shelf, price tag and all giving away its clearance status.

This is a pool lounger built around a sling-style swing seat with buoyant bean filling instead of air chambers, wrapped in quick-drying mesh fabric. It is designed specifically for pool use, which usually means more durable materials than your average backyard float.

With no air required, you skip the annoying pump-and-patch routine that comes with vinyl inflatables, and that alone adds some real value here. Whether it is a steal depends on how much lounging you plan to do, but a bean-filled float that never needs reinflating is a nice convenience upgrade.

This kind of item often lands on clearance as summer inventory gets cleared out to make room for fall and winter stock, so if your warehouse has one, it is probably not sitting there for long. Pool floats also tend to be seasonal clearance regulars once the weather starts cooling off.

Bottom line: if you want a low-maintenance pool lounger without the hassle of inflating and deflating, this one is worth grabbing while it is still on the shelf. Anyone else stock up on pool gear once it hits clearance, or wait until next summer?
