A new bakery item is taking over select Costco warehouses across the U.S.
While Costco is known for its food court, bulk items, and great prices, it also boasts a delicious bakery section with seasonal and permanent items.
The newest item to join? Kirkland Signature Pretzel Bagels.

Kirkland Signature Pretzel Bagels
The Kirkland Signature Pretzel Bagels are Bavarian-style, featuring a soft center and chewy pretzel crust.
Similar to the other packs of bagels sold at Costco now, the pretzel bags are also sold in a single bag. One bag of eight bagels costs $4.99.
You’ll want to check your local location first before heading out the door, though, as the pretzel bagels will only be available in select Costco bakeries, and not all stores.
You can make lots of yummy meals with these bagels. This includes toasted with cream cheese, sandwiches, cinnamon sugar butter, or even your own pizza bagels. Shoppers make the pizza bagels by adding marinara, cheese, and pepperoni to the bagel and lightly toasting it.
Note that these pretzel bagels do not come topped with salt. If you want to add some, just brush the tops with butter, sprinkle your desired salt, and place them in the oven or air fryer at 300 degrees F for a few minutes.

After Costco posted a promotional video of the new Kirkland Signature Pretzel Bagels on Instagram, customers flocked to the comments section to share their support.
One Instagram user wrote, “I’ve seen enough, give me 30,” while another added, “Need to try these ASAP.”
Other shoppers posted comments on Reddit about the new product. One wrote, “These are delicious!” while another proclaimed, “YESSSSS IM SO EXCITEDDDDD.”
Time on the Shelves
As of right now, it’s unclear how long the bagels will be on the shelves, and if they will stay a limited-time item or become a permanent item in Costco’s bakery.
If you want to try out the pretzel bagels, make sure to get to participating stores ASAP and grab a pack or two.
Other New Bakery Item
The Kirkland Signature Pretzel Bagels are not the only new item in Costco’s bakery aisles. Costco features a large selection of bar cakes, and now there’s a fun summer-themed option to try out.
The Kirkland Signature Waffle Cone Bar Cake screams summer, with layers of sponge cake and waffle cone flavor, while the top features a creamy frosting and waffle cone pieces.
It’s the perfect item for a backyard BBQ, or just a sweet treat after a long day of shopping.
