Costco is notifying customers that this product did not meet its quality expectations – but is not a food safety issue.
Affected bottles were purchased from 9/25/23 – 10/17/23.
Costco says if you purchased this item between the dates above and are not fully satisfied, please return it to your local Costco for a full refund.
