Hazard:

EcoFlow Technology Inc., in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily announcing a repair recall for certain EcoFlow DELTA Max 2000 portable power stations (Model EFD310, the serial number begins with DA). The EcoFlow DELTA Max 2000 may overheat and ignite, posing a potential fire hazard.

This recall affects item 1600552 (EcoFlow DELTA Max Power Station + Extra Battery Bundle) and item 1745080 (EcoFlow DELTA Max 2000 Portable Power Station with 2 160W Solar Panels).

Remedy:

This recall is not a physical product return. Please do not take the product back to the retailer. The issue can be resolved through a firmware update.

Consumers can check if their unit is affected by verifying the model number on the back of the device. If the model label under your device reads EFD310, please immediately stop using the recalled Power Stations and initiate a free firmware repair update via one of the following methods:

  • Visit the EcoFlow recall page to review the instructions on how to perform the firmware update quickly and safely.
  • If the firmware upgrade fails, please email your device’s SN code or a clear photo of the nameplate to deltamax2000@ecoflow.com, or call 833-424-4137 (Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.– 6 p.m. ET) to receive assistance, or return the item to Costco for a full refund.
