Hazard:
Hot Spring® Spas has partnered with the Consumer Product Safety Commission to issue a voluntary recall on the Hydromassage® rotary jet found in Highlife® Collection spas due to a potential hair entanglement hazard.
Remedy:
You should immediately turn off the jet by twisting it clockwise until you feel a hard stop, then visit the firm’s website at www.hotspring.com/recalls to determine if your spa contains one or more of these jets. If affected, Hot Spring Spas will send you replacement jet(s) free of charge, which can easily be replaced by hand, while the spa is filled and powered on.
