Costco’s got a new addition to its coffee lineup, and it’s one that Kirkland Signature fans are going to want to check out. If you’re a daily coffee drinker who goes through pods or bags at a steady clip and don’t have a grinder or don’t want the extra hassle, this Medium Roast Coffee could be your new go-to.
Kirkland Signature Medium Roast Ground Coffee delivers a smooth, balanced cup that’s approachable enough for everyday drinking without sacrificing flavor. Medium roasts tend to hit that sweet spot — you get a nice blend of brightness and body without the bitterness that can come with darker roasts. It’s the kind of coffee that works whether you’re brewing a quick cup before work or settling in for a lazy weekend morning.
Kirkland Signature has built a solid reputation for delivering quality that punches well above its price point, and their coffee offerings are no exception. If you’ve enjoyed their other whole bean roasts, this already-ground medium roast should fit right in. The value here is hard to beat compared to name-brand equivalents — that’s really the whole Kirkland promise in a nutshell.
One thing to keep in mind: if you prefer a bold, robust cup with heavy roasted notes, a medium roast might taste a bit mild for your palate. This one is really geared toward folks who want a clean, easy-drinking coffee. It’s versatile, though — works great in a drip machine, pour-over, or French press.

I’m a guy who usually grinds his own beans, but the cheapest stuff I drink ( Amazon brand ) is now $21 for a 2 pound bag. I might have to give this a shot…worse case scenario, Costco’s good about returns if you don’t like something.
