Spotted a clearance tag on the Puma Women’s Sky Rocket Sneaker at Costco, and at under $25, these athletic shoes are priced to move fast.
The Sky Rocket is Puma’s take on a versatile training sneaker designed for workouts, casual wear, and everything in between. These kicks feature a lightweight construction with responsive cushioning, making them suitable for gym sessions or everyday errands. The style leans sporty-casual, so they’ll pair just as well with leggings as they will with jeans.
Here’s the honest take: Puma sneakers typically retail in the $60-$80 range at sporting goods stores, so this clearance price represents solid savings. The Sky Rocket model isn’t one of Puma’s flagship lines like the Suede or RS-X, but it’s a legitimate athletic shoe with decent build quality. For anyone needing a backup pair of gym shoes or a comfortable option for running errands, this is likely worth grabbing—assuming your size is still in stock.
We’re in early January, which means this is probably leftover inventory from the holiday rush. Footwear clearance at Costco tends to move quickly because the sizes sell out unevenly—once your size is gone, it’s gone. If you’re even remotely interested and spot these in your size, don’t wait for a second trip to think about it.
For the clearance price, these are a practical pickup if you need an affordable athletic shoe that won’t fall apart after a month. Have you had good experiences with Puma sneakers, or are you strictly loyal to another brand?
