Spotted on the shelf with a clearance price card: the Slumberchill Cooling Sheet Set in King size. If you’ve been sweating through summer nights (or just run hot year-round), this one might be worth a second look before it’s gone for good.
This 6-piece King set is made from a 75% Tencel/25% cotton blend, designed with moisture-wicking properties to help keep things cool and dry overnight. The set includes a flat sheet, a fitted sheet rated for mattresses up to 18 inches deep, and four king-size pillowcases.
Tencel blends tend to carry a premium over standard cotton sheet sets because of the fabric’s reputation for being soft and breathable, so a clearance price on a 6-piece King set is the kind of markdown worth grabbing if the color works for your bedroom. Getting four pillowcases instead of the usual two also adds some practical value for anyone who likes to rotate cases more often.
Bedding like this often ends up marked down when a warehouse is clearing out a seasonal color run or making room for new linens, so don’t assume it’ll be sitting there next time you swing by. With clearance items, once the shelf tag shows up, remaining stock is usually limited to whatever’s left in that one location.
Bottom line: if you run warm at night and like the idea of a Tencel-cotton blend with extra pillowcases, this Slumberchill set looks like a reasonable pickup at a clearance price. Anyone else on the hunt for cooling sheets this season?
